The Gemini facility
The Gemini facility is a mobile self contained system capable of transferring whole grains, rice and feed
ingredients from river cargo barges to deep draft vessels or from cargo barge to cargo barge.
The Gemini facility is permitted by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality to operate on the
lower Mississippi between Baton Rouge and Myrtle Grove. Official weights and sampling are in accordance with FGIS and NOPA regulations. The Gemini Facility is GMP-13 certified.
